1 UNDISPUTED CHAMPION




Challenge 1 - Punches in Bunches

Using Hykso punch tracking technology, punch the bag as hard and fast as you can for a 2-minute round. Points will be rewarded based on your punch count and intensity score.

Males:

1 Point = 350 Punches, 1.2k Intensity 

2 Points = 400 Punches, 1.5k Intensity 

3 Points = 400 Punches, 2k Intensity 

Females:

1 Point = 300 Punches, 1k Intensity 

2 Points = 350 Punches, 1.2k Intensity 

3 Points = 350 Punches, 1.5k Intensity


Challenge 2 – Airdyne Bike Tabata

Accumulate as many Calories as you can during a Tabata workout on the Airdyne Bike.
(8 x 20 Seconds of work and 10 seconds recovery time)

Males:

1 Point = 80 Calories 

2 Points = 90 Calories 

3 Points = 105 Calories 

Females:

1 Point = 65 Calories 

2 Points = 75 Calories 

3 Points = 90 Calories 


Challenge 3 – Skipping

1 Point = 90 seconds unbroken single/boxer skips

2 Points = 10 unbroken double unders

3 Points = 30 unbroken double unders


Challenge 4 – Sled Race

Complete as many Sled Push lengths as possible in 1 minute. (Males 10kg/Females 5kg)

1 Point = 5 lengths

2 Points = 7 lengths

3 Points = 9 lengths 


Challenge 5 – Class Count

Complete as many Body Shot Classes as you can for the entire Challenge month

1 Point = 8 Classes

2 Points = 12 Classes

3 Points = 16 Classes


Challenge 6 – Movement 

Perform daily movement in the form of “Sun Salutations”. 

1 Point = 4 Per Day

2 Points = 6 Per Day

3 Points = 8 Per Day


Challenge 7 – Drop a Bad Habit

Drop a bad habit from the list provided for the entire challenge month.

1 Point = Drop 1 Bad Habit 

2 Points = Drop 2 Bad Habits 

3 Points = Drop 3 Bad Habits

Bad Habits: 

  • Bakers Confectionary – Including cakes, pastries, donuts, scones, muffins and cookies. Also includes those “healthy treats” made with “natural sugars”.

  • Sugar Confectionary – Including lollies, chocolate and ice cream 

  • Alcohol 

  • Takeaways (fast food) - Yes you can order a salad from Uber Eats

  • Fizzy drink (excluding sparkling water)

  • No social media from 8:00 pm until 8:00 am 


Challenge 8 – The Great Outdoors

Within the challenge month, complete as many trails as you can from the “In the city” and “Beyond the city” options provided in the link below…
