The Longevity Club is a holistic small-group personal training system with multiple weekly sessions. Move better, build fitness, stay consistent and track your progress, all with the guidance of our expert trainers.
Our sessions focus on mobility, cardio, fitness testing and nutrition, helping you stay active and accountable. With expert coaching and a supportive community the Longevity Club makes training enjoyable and sustainable.

1. Mobilise - Mondays and wednesdays
Move better. Feel better. Live stronger.
Restore movement, balance, and core control through guided mobility training. Improve flexibility, posture, and joint strength so you can move freely — in the gym and in everyday life.
2. Pulse - TUESDAYS
Train your heart like a muscle. Train for life.
Small-group cardio conditioning built around the proven Norwegian 4 x 4 interval method. Boost cardiovascular health, endurance, and energy.
3. Checkpoint - THURSDAYS
Measure what matters.
Test, track, and celebrate your progress. Compare results against previous sessions and age-related standards to see how far you’ve come — and where to focus next.
4. Focus Fridays - FRIDAYS
Small conversations. Big changes.
A relaxed weekly catch-up with a Longevity Personal Trainer (and a good coffee) to discuss practical ways to eat, move, and live just 1% better each week. Build better habits, stay accountable, and refocus for the week ahead.
Pricing - $45 per week
Includes access to all Longevity Club timetabled group sessions.
