PRICING

Initial Consultation (60 mins) — $85 

Your Initial Consultation is your first step toward a personalised, effective training plan. This session allows us to understand your goals, assess your current fitness and recommend an ideal weekly training schedule.

What’s Included: 

• 15-Minute Goal Discussion 

• 35-Minute Assessment Workout 

•10-Minute Recommendations & Plan

10 Pack = $750 

5 Pack = $400 

Casual = $85  

*All sessions are 45 mins with the exception on the Initial Consultation.  

*The 5-pack has a 7-week expiration period, and the 10-pack has a 12-week expiration period, with exceptions for holidays that are pre-notified.
